How do I access my account information?
You can review and/or change certain personal information related to your use of our online site. To access your information just click the My Account link at the top of any page, sign in, and you'll be able to edit your information broken down into the following six main categories: Wish List, Orders, Items, Gift Card Balance, Personal Information, and E-mail Notifications.

Why can’t I find an item using the Search feature?
Please be advised that all items in our catalog do not appear on our website. You cannot use the Search field to find all items in our catalog but only to find items that appear on our website.

How do I order an item that I see in your catalog, but not on your website?
To order items that do not appear on our website, click the Order By Item # link under the Online Services section of the left navigation bar on any page.

How can I get a free catalog?
You can request a free catalog by sending an e-mail to info@espositoimports.com. Please enter the words “Catalog Request” in the Subject line of your e-mail and be sure to include your full name and the address where you want the catalog to be shipped. You can also click the Order Catalog link under the Catalog Orders section of the Product Directory section of the left navigation bar on any page. Then just add whichever catalog you want to your shopping cart

How can I check my order status?
To check your Order Status, click the My Account link at the top of any page, sign in, and go to the Orders section and click View order history. Here you will find your order history and the status of any open orders.

How can I use a promotional coupon code?
You will have the opportunity to enter all coupon codes during the Check Out process. Please note that promotional coupon codes will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EspositoImports.com gift cards, credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover), and PayPal. If your gift card covers only a partial payment, the remaining balance can be paid by by another method. If you are paying with any method other than an EspositoImports.com gift card, click the Pay with Another Method button button during the check out process, which will bring you to the Billing Details page where you can check and/or edit your billing information and print a bill. Clicking the "Purchase" button on this screen redirects you to our C. Esposito PayPal website, where you will be able to pay by credit card. You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay with a credit card. Once you are on our C. Esposito PayPal website, as a PayPal member you can login to your PayPal account and pay using whatever means you have setup in your PayPal account OR pay directly with a credit card without PayPal membership.

Please note:
(a) Only the purchase order printout from our EspositoImports.com website will show a breakdown of the shipping and tax charges where applicable. PayPal will only reflect the final combined total as if there were no separate charges for taxes and shipping.
(b) No orders will be shipped until the full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.

Does EspositoImports.com accept gift cards?
Yes, we do accept gift cards.
(1) To order a gift card: click the Gift Cards link under the Gift Idea section of the Product Directory section of the left navigation bar on any page.
(2) To use a gift card: You will have the opportunity to enter your gift card number during the Check Out process.
(3) To check the balance on a gift card: Click the My Account link at the top of any page, sign in, and go to the Gift Card Balance section. Here you will be able to enter a gift card number to view its balance or view all your gift cards.

How do the Wish Lists and the Gift Registry work?

A Wish List allows our customers to keep a list of items that they wish to purchase in a Gift Registry that will be available for later purchase by that customer or someone else wishing to buy that customer a gift.
A customer can add an item to their Wish List while they are shopping by simply clicking the Add to Wish List button next to the item. Please note that you must be logged on for your Wish List to be saved in your Gift Registry.
(1) If a customer would like to add something from their own Wish List to their shopping cart: Click the My Account link at the top of any page, sign in, and go to the Wish List section and click View my Wish Lists. You will then have the option to Add to Cart.
(2) If another customer would like to view something from someone else’s Wish List to add their shopping cart: Click the Gift Registry link under the Online Services section of the left navigation bar on any page.

  1. Enter the e-mail address of the person whose Wish List you'd like to see. After an e-mail is entered that corresponds to a wish list, the items on that wish list will be displayed. The items with check marks in the Order Status column have already been purchased.
  2. You can click on the name of the item to view the item and add it to your cart. After you complete your purchase, a link will be displayed on your Confirmation page asking if you wish to update this person's Wish List.
  3. Click this link to return to the Gift Registry page where you must enter your friend’s e-mail address again. You will be taken back to your friend’s Wish List page where you will now see a Click Here After Purchase link in the Order Status column.
  4. Click on the Click Here After Purchase link next to the item that you purchased so that the Gift Registry will be updated. Please note that this link is visible only if the shopper is logged in.

The e-mail address of the shopper who has purchased an item on the wish list will be visible next time their friend views their wish list.

How can I check the shipping status of my purchase?
To track your shipment, click the My Account link at the top of any page, sign in, and go to the Orders section and click View order history. Here you will find your order history and the status of any open orders. Click on the tracking number of the order you want to track. You will be redirected to the UPS website where you can now track your order.
