Return Policy
For all return inquiries, please e-mail info@espositoimports.com immediately upon receipt of merchandise for return instructions and return authorization. EspositoImports.com will not accept any return requests later than 3 days after receipt of merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Returns are accepted (minus shipping fees) only if merchandise is damaged or genuinely defective. To obtain authorization to return damaged or defective merchandise for credit or replacement, simply e-mail info@espositoimports.com immediately upon receipt.
In the event that a damaged or defective merchandise return is requested, returns must meet the following conditions:
Non-damaged or Non-defective Merchandise
There is a 35% restocking fee on all non-damaged or non-defective item returns. To obtain authorization to return non-damaged or non-defective merchandise for store credit (minus 35% restocking fee & shipping) or replacement, simply e-mail info@espositoimports.com immediately upon receipt.
In the event that a non-damaged or non-defective merchandise return is requested, returns must meet the following conditions:
*EspositoImports.com does not refund shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
**All exchanges will be for another item that is the same price.
Items with Guarantees or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
